Descrição e Responsabilidades
Teach classes and pedagogical activities planned in the subject: History, providing meaningful learning for children;
Work on other educational practices, following trends in the area of ??education, in order to produce knowledge and innovative pedagogical practices in their area of ??activity;
Prepare a teaching plan in line with the institution’s pedagogical proposal;
Prepare programs and work plans within their competence;
Follow the Institution's comprehensive training proposal, integrating them into the pedagogical action, as a co-participant in the preparation and execution of the same;
Monitor the development of children;
Participate in parent meetings, pedagogical meetings, training meetings, seminars and others;
Act as a facilitator of children's learning in synergy with the Coordination;
Keep an eye on the class, observing individual and group needs, reporting them to the coordination and the psychology department;
Keep the classroom organized and clean;
Encourage autonomy and responsibility in children, in accordance
Keep your classroom as a shared space for experiences;
Perform academic differentiation, when necessary, for students below and above learning expectations;
Be an example of good practices for the assistant teacher and be a mentor in conducting daily practices in the classroom, providing opportunities for the collaborator's training;
Have a respectful and caring relationship with children in the classroom.
Requisitos
Mandatory:
Degree in History.
Minimum experience of 03 (three) years as a full teacher in the area of ??Elementary Education II in the subject: History.
Desirable:
English certification at level B2 in reading, writing, speaking and listening.
Knowledge in the application of Positive Discipline;
Knowledge of the UBD (Understanding By Design) format to carry out planning;
Knowledge of active methodologies and Project Based Learning;
