    The person in this role will ensure enterprise-wide compliance with cybersecurity regulations, focusing on global frameworks such as US and EU standards. This position is responsible for translating regulatory requirements into auditable controls, maintaining continuous audit readiness, and ensuring effective coordination across stakeholders.

    Main activities:

    • Lead cyber regulatory intelligence and monitoring;

    • Translate regulatory requirements into control frameworks in collaboration with risk stakeholders;

    • Ensure audit-ready evidence and proper documentation;

    • Manage regulatory incident reporting compliance;

    • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders;

    • Ensure follow-up of remediation action plans related to regulations and audits;

    • Maintain a complete and traceable evidence repository;

    • Manage KPIs and reporting.

    Requisitos

    We expect you to have:

    • Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance concepts;

    • Experience with regulatory frameworks in the US environment;

    • Understanding of audit processes and compliance documentation;

    • Familiarity with regulatory reporting practices;

    • Bachelor’s degree Cybersecurity, Risk, Law, or related fields;

    • Advanced English proficiency;

    • Availability to work onsite in Betim (MG), Brazil.

    It will be considered a plus if you have:

    • Experience with frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, and CIS benchmarks;

    • Ability to structure timelines and deliver results aligned with defined deadlines;

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

    • Ability to translate complex regulatory topics to technical and business audiences.
